Job Responsibilities

Line Cook

As a Line Cook at Skeeter’s Mesquite Grill, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to recipes and quality standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food production, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Server

Servers at Skeeter’s Mesquite Grill play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to our guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience. A friendly and attentive attitude is essential in this role.

Catering Assistant

As a Catering Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with catering events and functions held at Skeeter’s Mesquite Grill. This may include setting up and breaking down event spaces, serving food to guests, and ensuring that all catering orders are accurate and delivered on time.

Event Coordinator

Event Coordinators at Skeeter’s Mesquite Grill are responsible for planning and executing special events and functions at our restaurant. This may include coordinating with clients to understand their event needs, managing event budgets, and overseeing event staff to ensure a seamless experience for guests.

Qualifications
