Position Available:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Pastor. This position plays a crucial role in guiding and mentoring the youth of our congregation, helping them grow in their faith and develop a deeper relationship with God.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all youth ministry programs and activities
• Develop and implement engaging curriculum for youth group meetings
• Mentor and disciple youth members one-on-one
• Plan and organize various youth events, retreats, and outreach programs
• Collaborate with other church leaders to integrate youth into the broader church community
• Provide pastoral care and support to youth and their families

Qualifications:

• A strong personal faith in Jesus Christ
• Bachelor’s degree in ministry or a related field
• Prior experience working with youth in a church or community setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and inspire young people
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
