Our menu features a variety of options, including traditional bao buns, flavorful duck dishes, and mouth-watering dim sum.

Are you passionate about food and customer service? Do you have a love for Asian cuisine and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment? If so, Duck N Bao is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team. We currently have openings for the following positions:

Positions Available

• Line Cook
• Server
• Host/Hostess
• Food Runner
• Dishwasher

Responsibilities

Line Cook

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet restaurant standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service

Server

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders and relay to kitchen staff accurately
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience

Host/Hostess

• Welcome guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
• Manage restaurant seating and waitlist during busy times
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
• Ensure a positive experience for all guests by providing excellent service

Food Runner

• Retrieve food orders from kitchen and deliver to appropriate tables
• Assist servers in ensuring orders are complete and accurate
• Clear tables and reset for the next guests as needed
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service

Dishwasher

• Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment by hand or using dishwashers
• Ensure all items are cleaned and sanitized according to health regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area
• Assist with kitchen prep and other tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
