Position: Youth Pastor

Are you passionate about working with young people and helping them grow in their faith? Do you have a heart for ministry and a desire to make a difference in the lives of teenagers and young adults? If so, we are looking for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Youth Pastor.

Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly youth meetings and events
• Develop and implement creative and engaging youth programs
• Provide spiritual guidance and counseling to youth members
• Build relationships with youth and their families
• Collaborate with church leadership to integrate youth into church activities
• Organize community service projects and outreach initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in theology, youth ministry, or a related field
• Experience working with youth in a church or ministry setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for youth ministry and helping young people grow in their faith
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
