Position: Insurance Sales Agent

Location: Anytown, USA

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Educate clients on different insurance products and services offered by the company
• Recommend insurance policies that best suit clients’ needs and budget
• Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities
• Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
• Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
• Stay current on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Licenses or certifications in insurance sales is a plus
