Job Title: Health & Welfare Clinic Nurse

Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Nurse to join our team at EHG Medical Group of Texas PA. As a Health & Welfare Clinic Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing patient care and support in a clinic setting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting clinical assessments and triaging patients
• Administering medication and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Assisting with patient education and counseling
• Collaborating with other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
