Job Title: Baker

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of baked goods such as croissants, baguettes, pastries, and cakes following traditional French recipes and techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
• Collaborate with the pastry team to develop new and innovative recipes
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of baking ingredients
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Baker in a bakery or pastry shop
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
