Are you passionate about Asian cuisine and providing exceptional customer service? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Kim’s Tea House Bear Creek is currently seeking talented individuals to join our team at our popular Chinese/Vietnamese/Asian restaurant in Bear Creek.

About Us:

• Conveniently located in Bear Creek, our restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere for guests to enjoy authentic Asian cuisine
• We take pride in using high-quality ingredients and traditional cooking methods to create dishes that keep customers coming back for more

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Line Cook

• Prepares a variety of dishes following traditional recipes and ensuring high quality and presentation standards
• Works efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment to meet customer demand
• Maintains a clean and organized work station to ensure food safety and sanitation

2. Server

• Provides friendly and efficient service to guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing recommendations on menu items
• Works collaboratively with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests
• Maintains a clean and welcoming dining area, ensuring guests feel comfortable and satisfied throughout their visit

3. Dishwasher

• Cleans and sanitizes all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a timely manner
• Assists kitchen staff with food preparation and storage as needed
• Maintains a clean and organized dishwashing area to ensure efficiency and safety

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Knowledge of Asian cuisine and culture is a plus
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
