Position: Insurance Sales Representative

Location: Remote

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Educate clients on various insurance products and services offered by Donaho G Kemler
• Provide personalized recommendations and quotes based on clients’ individual circumstances
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations
• Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and processes

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales software
• Insurance license preferred
