We are Hiring: Child Care Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and interact with children during before and after school care programs
• Assist with planning and implementing age-appropriate activities
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in the program
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a nurturing environment
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and behavior

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
