Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Telephone Equipment and Systems Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of telephone equipment and systems. You will work closely with our customers to ensure their communication needs are met and that any issues are resolved promptly.
Responsibilities
- Install telephone equipment and systems for residential and commercial customers
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of telephone systems
- Repair faulty equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in installing and repairing telephone equipment and systems
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics
