Job Title: Loan Officer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Loan Officer to join our team. As a Loan Officer at Texas Electrical Safety Association, you will be responsible for assisting clients with obtaining loans for various real estate projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs, analyze their financial status, and recommend suitable loan options. Additionally, you will collaborate with lenders, underwriters, and other professionals to ensure a seamless loan process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate clients’ financial status and recommend suitable loan options
• Assist clients with loan applications and documentation
• Analyze financial data and prepare loan proposals
• Collaborate with lenders, underwriters, and other professionals to facilitate loan approval
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the loan process

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role
• Knowledge of real estate loans, mortgages, and financial products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
