We are Hiring: Child Care Educator

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Child Care Educator to join our team at Bertha Alyce Early Childhood School. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education programs for children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate programs and activities for children
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and play
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Observe and assess children’s development and progress
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about their child’s day

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Valid Working with Children Check
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their learning and development
