Job Description:

As an Insurance Recovery Specialist at Professional Recovery Services Inc, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing unpaid insurance claims to determine the best course of action for recovery. You will work closely with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and legal entities to ensure that our clients receive the maximum reimbursement for their claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze unpaid insurance claims
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to gather necessary documentation
• Track and update claim progress in our database
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance recovery
• Knowledge of insurance laws and regulations
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
