Job Title: Auto Repair Technician

Job Description:

As an Auto Repair Technician at A & A Motors, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring that each vehicle is safe and reliable for our customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment alongside other experienced technicians and will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills in the field of automotive repair.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Ensure that all work performed meets industry standards and guidelines
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle needs
• Work collaboratively with a team of technicians to complete repairs efficiently

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an auto repair technician
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
• Certification from a recognized automotive training program (preferred)
