We are Currently Hiring for the Following Position:

Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform various clinical laboratory tests in accordance with established protocols and procedures
• Prepare and analyze samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.) for testing and evaluation
• Record and maintain accurate test results and data in lab systems
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Conduct quality control assessments to ensure accuracy and precision of test results
• Collaborate with other lab staff and healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate test results
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) preferred
• 1-2 years of experience working in a clinical laboratory setting
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and technology
