Position: Store Associate
We are currently seeking a Store Associate to join our team at one of our grocery store locations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Stock and organize products on shelves and displays
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Assist with receiving shipments and managing inventory
Qualifications:
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
- Knowledge of coffee, tea, and grocery products is a plus
