Job Title: Welder/Fabricator

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team at C & S Metal Fabricating Inc. The Welder/Fabricator will be responsible for fabricating and assembling structural metal products using a variety of welding methods and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on a variety of metals
• Cut and shape metal components to specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in welding and metal fabrication
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Welding certification is a plus
