We are Hiring: Loan Officer

Are you passionate about helping clients achieve their homeownership goals? Do you have a strong background in mortgage lending and a proven track record of success in the industry? If so, we want to hear from you! Signature Mortgage is currently seeking experienced Loan Officers to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of real estate loans
• Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
• Review and update credit and loan files
• Market and promote loan products to potential clients
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage lending
• Strong understanding of loan products and programs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Current NMLS license
