Position: Real Estate Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate matters
• Draft and review real estate documents such as contracts, leases, and agreements
• Represent clients in real estate transactions, negotiations, and litigation
• Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on real estate laws and regulations
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 3+ years of experience practicing real estate law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
