Position: Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting office furniture and equipment that meet their needs and budget
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on orders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the company

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
  • Knowledge of office furniture and design concepts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Position: Warehouse Associate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments of office furniture and equipment
  • Prepare orders for delivery or pickup by assembling and packaging items
  • Manage inventory levels and keep the warehouse clean and organized
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
  • Work closely with the sales team to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player with a positive attitude
