Job Description

As a general contractor at Bryce Homes, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that each project is completed on time and within budget. You will be the point of contact for all project stakeholders and will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure that all project specifications are met
• Hire and oversee subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with building codes and regulations
• Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process

Qualifications

• Experience working as a general contractor in the residential construction industry
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
