Job Title: Child Care Teacher
Job Description
As a Child Care Teacher at Angels R Wee Learning Center, you will be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment where young children can learn and develop. You will work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to design and implement age-appropriate curriculum that supports each child’s individual development. Duties include:
- Planning and implementing daily activities that promote learning and development
- Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
- Observing and documenting children’s progress
- Communicating effectively with parents and families
- Participating in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about working with young children and have a strong commitment to early childhood education. The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a child care setting
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of child development and early learning principles
- First Aid and CPR certification
