We are Hiring: HR Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR Consultant to join our team in providing expert human resource advice and support to our clients. The HR Consultant will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and other HR-related functions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide HR consulting services to clients on various HR issues and strategies
• Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on various HR topics
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3+ years of experience in HR consulting or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
