Our laundromat is equipped with state-of-the-art coin-operated washers and dryers to ensure that our customers have a hassle-free experience.

We are looking for a Laundry Attendant to join our team!

Job Title: Laundry Attendant

Job Description:

• Assist customers with using coin-operated washers and dryers
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns
• Maintain cleanliness of the laundromat and ensure all machines are in working order
• Handle cash transactions and operate the coin machine
• Fold and package clean laundry for customers
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning lint traps and wiping down machines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
