Job Description:
As a Draperies, Curtains & Window Treatments Specialist at Rhodes Interiors, you will be responsible for assisting our clients in selecting the perfect window treatments to enhance their homes. Your role will involve providing expert advice on fabric selection, design options, and color coordination to create customized solutions that reflect our clients’ unique styles and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Recommend suitable draperies, curtains, blinds, shades, and other window treatments
- Provide accurate measurements and quotes for custom window treatments
- Create detailed design proposals and visual representations for client approval
- Coordinate installation and ensure client satisfaction
- Stay current on industry trends and product developments
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design or window treatment sales
- Proficiency in measuring windows and calculating fabric requirements
- Strong knowledge of different types of window treatments and their installation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
