Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in matters related to employee benefits and worker compensation
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases
• Prepare legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings, and motions
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 2+ years of experience practicing law in the area of employee benefits and worker compensation
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
