Position: Certified Public Accountant

• Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Analyze financial information to prepare financial reports
• Assist clients with tax planning and preparation

• Handle audits and financial statements

Qualifications:

• Certification as a CPA
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position: Bookkeeper

We are also seeking a detail-oriented and organized bookkeeper to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers and is looking to contribute to the success of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records for clients
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
• Assist with payroll processing
• Prepare financial reports for clients

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Position: Accounting Services Specialist

Additionally, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Accounting Services Specialist to join our team. This position involves working closely with clients to address their accounting needs and provide exceptional service.

• Assist clients with accounting software set-up and training
• Provide ongoing support for accounting software-related queries
• Prepare and review financial statements
