Position: Sales Associate

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team at The Master’s Craft Home Center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home improvement and a strong knowledge of floor materials, specifically hardwood floors. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers in selecting the best flooring options for their needs
• Providing product knowledge and recommendations
• Processing sales transactions accurately
• Maintaining a clean and organized showroom
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers

Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience in a retail environment
• Knowledge of floor materials, particularly hardwood floors
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
