Job Description

We are currently seeking a General Merchandise Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchandising, inventory management, and product development. The General Merchandise Specialist will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability for our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandising plans to achieve sales and profit goals
• Manage inventory levels to optimize product availability and minimize excess stock
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and assortment planning
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Monitor competitive landscape and make recommendations for pricing and promotional strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in merchandising or product management
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
