Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of international and domestic shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth transportation operations
• Prepare and process documentation such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork
• Negotiate rates with carriers and vendors to ensure cost-effective shipping solutions
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients on the status of their cargo
• Resolve any issues or delays in transportation and delivery, providing quick and effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and other relevant information
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Proficient in using transportation management systems and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred)
