1. Chef de Cuisine

• Responsible for creating and executing the menu at our restaurant
• Must have experience in Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine
• Ensure the highest quality of food is served to our customers

2. Line Cook

• Assist the Chef de Cuisine in preparing dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

3. Waitstaff

• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Take orders and serve food and beverages
• Knowledgeable about the menu and able to make recommendations
