We are Hiring for the General Merchandise Department!

Are you passionate about fashion, trends, and providing excellent customer service? Do you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? If so, Ross Stores Inc is looking for dedicated individuals to join our General Merchandise department. As a General Merchandise Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our merchandise is displayed attractively, organized efficiently, and accessible to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and unpack merchandise shipments
• Stock shelves and racks with new arrivals
• Organize merchandise on the sales floor according to company guidelines
• Assist customers in finding products and providing information on promotions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the General Merchandise department
• Process customer transactions at the cash register
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent
