Position: Insurance Sales Agent

Job Description:

• Develop relationships with new clients and provide them with personalized insurance solutions
• Educate clients on various insurance options and help them choose the best coverage for their needs
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other marketing strategies
• Work closely with underwriters to ensure policies are issued accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy information
• Meet or exceed sales goals and targets on a regular basis

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales acumen and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Licensed Insurance Agent is a plus but not mandatory
