We are Hiring:

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the following roles:

1. Home Builders

• Construct high-quality custom homes from start to finish
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

2. Insulation Contractors

• Install insulation in residential properties
• Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific spaces
• Seal gaps and seams to prevent air leaks
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines
• Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail

3. Building Contractors

• Oversee construction projects from conception to completion
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crew
• Monitor project progress and budget
• Ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

To be considered for a position with Frankel Building Group, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Previous experience in residential construction (specific requirements vary by position)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
