Position: Baptist Pastor

We are currently seeking a dedicated Baptist Pastor to lead our congregation in spiritual growth and community outreach. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Baptist beliefs and practices, and a heart for serving others. The Baptist Pastor will work closely with church leadership to plan and conduct worship services, provide pastoral care to members of the congregation, and lead outreach efforts to engage with the local community.

Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly worship services and preach sermons that inspire and encourage the congregation
• Provide pastoral care, counseling, and support to church members in times of need
• Work collaboratively with church leadership to develop and implement outreach programs to serve the community
• Lead and participate in Bible studies, prayer groups, and other spiritual growth opportunities
• Mentor and disciple individuals seeking to deepen their faith and grow in their relationship with God

Qualifications:

• Ordained Baptist minister with a Master of Divinity or equivalent theological education
• Proven experience in pastoral ministry, preaching, and teaching in a Baptist church setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and build relationships with community members
• Commitment to ongoing spiritual growth and professional development
