Lodging Specialist
Tortilleria La Reyna is a well-established company in the hospitality industry, specializing in providing authentic Mexican accommodations and experiences to travelers. We are currently seeking a Lodging Specialist to join our team and help us ensure that our guests have a memorable stay at our properties.
Job Title: Lodging Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the reservations process for our lodging properties, including booking rooms, handling cancellations, and providing excellent customer service
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure that rooms are cleaned and prepared for guests in a timely manner
- Address guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, resolving any issues that may arise during their stay
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Monitor guest feedback and reviews, identifying areas for improvement and taking proactive measures to address any concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a lodging or hotel setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all aspects of the job
- Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
