Position: Home Builder

Job Responsibilities

• Constructing new homes from start to finish, including foundation work, framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and finishing touches
• Reading blueprints and following building plans accurately
• Ensuring all work is completed according to building codes and regulations
• Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home building or construction
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation
