Job Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of buildings
• Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doors, using materials such as wood, steel, and concrete
• Install windows, doors, and siding
• Ensure all work is completed according to building codes and safety standards
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
• Manage construction timelines and budgets effectively

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home building or construction
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
