Asbestos Ace is currently seeking experienced Asbestos Abatement Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the safe removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials in commercial and residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough inspections to identify asbestos-containing materials
• Implementing proper abatement techniques to remove asbestos safely and efficiently
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed

Qualifications:

• Certification in Asbestos Abatement
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Position: Mold Remediation Specialist

If you have a passion for identifying and safely removing mold contamination in buildings, we want you to join our team as a Mold Remediation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting mold inspections and assessments
• Developing and implementing mold remediation plans
• Utilizing proper containment and removal techniques
• Performing clearance testing to ensure successful remediation

Qualifications:

• Certification in Mold Remediation
• Demonstrated experience in mold remediation projects
• Knowledge of mold types and their health effects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Position: Lead Paint Abatement Technician

As a Lead Paint Abatement Technician at Asbestos Ace, you will play a crucial role in identifying and safely removing lead-based paint from various structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting lead paint inspections and risk assessments
• Implementing lead abatement plans in accordance with industry standards
• Ensuring proper containment and disposal of lead-based materials
• Performing clearance testing to confirm successful abatement

Qualifications:

• Certification in Lead Paint Abatement
• Previous experience in lead paint abatement projects
• Knowledge of lead-based paint regulations and guidelines
• Ability to work effectively in team environments
