Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of beauty treatments, such as facials, massages, body wraps, and nail services
• Consult with clients to determine their individual needs and preferences
• Recommend and sell retail products to clients to enhance their at-home skincare routines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa facilities
• Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and techniques
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Valid State Licensing in Beauty Therapy
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a spa or salon setting
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for the beauty industry and helping clients look and feel their best
