Position: Home Health Aide

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Ensure clients take their medication as prescribed
• Accurately document and report any changes in client’s condition to the supervising nurse

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification as a Home Health Aide
• Previous experience in home health services preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
