Position Overview

As a Personnel Consultant at Workrise, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment and placement of skilled workers for our clients. Your ability to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications
  • Match candidates with job opportunities based on their skills and experience
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in recruitment or personnel consulting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
