Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Prior experience in recruitment or sales is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
