We are currently seeking a talented and motivated attorney to join our team in providing top-notch legal services to our clients.

Job Title: Accident & Property Damage Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of accident and property damage cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various accident and property damage-related issues
• Work closely with clients to provide guidance and support throughout the legal process
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
• Appear in court and represent clients during hearings and trials
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Keep abreast of legal developments and changes in accident and property damage law

Qualifications:

• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 3+ years of experience in accident and property damage law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with civil litigation and trial work
