Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in mortgage lending
• Knowledge of loan products and programs
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Financing Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in securing financing for real estate transactions
• Evaluate clients’ financial status and recommend appropriate loan products
• Provide guidance and support throughout the loan application process
• Collaborate with loan officers and underwriters to expedite loan approvals

Qualifications:

• Experience in mortgage financing or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills

Real Estate Loan Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and process loan applications for accuracy and completeness
• Manage loan documentation and paperwork to ensure timely closings
• Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and real estate agents to facilitate smooth transactions
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the loan process

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of real estate and mortgage lending practices
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
