Position: Employment Agency Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify potential candidates through networking, referrals, and job boards
• Screen and interview candidates to determine their skills, qualifications, and career goals
• Match candidates with job opportunities that align with their expertise and preferences
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients
• Meet and exceed set targets and KPIs

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in recruitment or sales is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
