Position: Personal Services Assistant

Daal House Contour and Recovery is seeking a Personal Services Assistant to join our team in New York City. As a Personal Services Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients on their journey to better health and fitness.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with their training programs, including setting up equipment and providing guidance on exercises
• Monitor client progress and provide feedback on their performance
• Assist with recovery services such as massages, stretching, and foam rolling
• Help maintain a clean and organized workout space
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Passion for health and fitness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Prior experience in personal training or fitness is a plus
