Position: Physician/Surgeon

Job Description

As a Physician/Surgeon at Shared Conception, you will play a crucial role in providing medical oversight and guidance throughout the assisted reproduction process. You will work closely with our team of fertility specialists, nurses, and support staff to ensure the highest level of care for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting medical assessments and consultations with intended parents, egg donors, and gestational surrogates
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for each client
• Performing medical procedures such as egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and prenatal care monitoring
• Overseeing the coordination of care between all parties involved in the surrogacy process
• Providing education and support to clients throughout their journey to parenthood

Qualifications

To be considered for the Physician/Surgeon position at Shared Conception, you must meet the following criteria:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility
• Experience in assisted reproduction techniques such as IVF, egg donation, and surrogacy
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals
• Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing patient-centered care
