Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen potential candidates for finance and accounting roles
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client and candidate satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the finance or accounting industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with recruiting software and tools
